Rename kobman/tests folder to test and move under kobman/src/test. #105

Please rename tests folder to test and move under src.
i.e currently kobman/tests should be kobman/src/test

refactor any dependent scripts/code to accommodate the change to the test scripts location.

@Teenasusanvarghese , can you please run the test scripts and get back to us with feed backs? ...right now the files has been renamed and moved under the kobman/src/test.

All you have to do is run it ( both the test script for commands / environments ) and get back to us with feedbacks.
