Documentation improvements by use-case

Short Description

We are going to collectively build a list of examples by use-case that will help to kickoff and integrate with projects within Identus.
This is going to be driven by the community discussions and us collectively driving this.

Value statement

Identus over the time has transitioned between different business models and we had added lots of features to out project which now make things a little bit more complex than usual. Infrastructure on one hand is a little bit complex to maintain as it bundles too many services. Also, the Quick start guide also has become to generic and one of the goals of this epic is to create concrete use-case examples to make it easier to integrate concrete scenarios and navigate through the different approaches.

I was always in favor of having examples. Simple use-cases is that are implemented. That anyone can check out and run.

So very simple example would be a Online Certification website. Ex:
Would consist I'm very simple/raw website that you can take an test/exam. (Pick the answer to one question from the list of possible answers). We should pass the test you have the possibility of issue a very favorable credential to another DID.
Infrastructure would consist on a Docker with two: service the website, the Identus cloud agent (and DB). The website would call the Identus agent via API to issue the VC when needed.

Ideas like those feel free to ping me here or on Discord. I would be able to help you implement things like those. As long as it is open source and free.
I believe he would be a great frame of a project for other people to start building their own projects.
