Ability to batch upload/import data

In regards to TemoaDB, there are certain interactions that a spreadsheet or scripting environment can do much easier than the piecewise manual insertion of data (e.g., using formulas to derive parameter values). Consequently, a bulk import method would be extremely useful.

Some things to think about

1. what formats to accept
2. testing of data
3. catching/reporting of errors
4. drag-and-drop ability
