Description

In order to include in a tagged release of Altis, we want to be able to use tagged releases of the wp-consent-level-api. We may not be able to control this, because it's fully dependent upon the repository owner, but we can open a ticket and get the process started for at least requesting a release.

Closing this as we aren't using that repo as a dependency anymore.
