Time Interval Not Preserved

Describe the bug
The time interval for the chart always resets to Month after a restart.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change the interval to something else like Year.
2. Restart the application.
3. Interval has been set to Month again.

Expected behavior
Time interval is preserved after a restart.

I do not know why, but the overview at the top also seems to show only zeros:

But I am not sure if this is only a local issue or reproducible for others as well?
If this is indeed a bug, I can file a seprate issue for it.
