Using with Tailwind Standalone Executable

I'm exploring the setting up TailwindCSS without relying on package.json or npm. Here's what I've done so far:

Downloaded the standalone TailwindCSS executable.
Manually downloaded the dist folder, renamed it to preline, and placed it in my project directory.
Also manually downloaded plugin.js, renamed it to preline.plugin.js.

Everything seems to work fine without any errors. However, I'm wondering if I might have missed something. I believe I can use it with python with this way.
