新功能

在issue中已经多次搜索有关cookie的相关问题 包括给cookie和bililive.com两端加上""的方法，仍然在代码里面显示前后问号/格式紊乱的问题
希望直接添加一个窗口/点击项，让我们可以像输入房间链接一样的方式直接添加cookie 感激不尽，最好在cookie栏显示“是否过期”等信息
