新功能

比如录制某个电视台指定时间段的电视直播，例如这个http://1b6467f415.iok.la:9931/tsfile/live/1021_1.m3u8 链接，是CCTV2的直播源,添加进去以后设定录制时间段，比如是每天或者是每周的周几几点开始到几点结束，到了设定之间就开始录制，到了停止时间就停止结束，不知道这个功能方不方便添加，如果不方便添加这个功能，不知道其他兄弟有没有其它什么docker镜像可以实现这个功能推荐下.
