Hello, I'm interested in contributing to this software by translating it to Macedonian if it's possible.

Of course ! You can find the translation files in this folder: i18n/en

I'd like to note that the project is not really active to my eyes; see for the explanation #328.

I think that @hql287 is working on a PRO (paid) version of Manta but I've got the feeling that the "Pro version" won't be open-source ;(

But you can still try to make a PR
