Improvements to HOT Exports

Notes: project Website http://export.hotosm.org/ Some issues to be considered for project ideas:

• Links to empty pages
• File formats failing to export
• All columns provided even when 'include default tags' box is left unchecked
• Empty Garmin files
• Search function filter hiding jobs
• Provide projection options or default to EPSG: 4326
• Export file - projection not recognised and empty

@cgiovando these need to be broken down into individual issues/project ideas, once the workload is assessed to see which ones can feasibly be completed in 3 months. @dodobas could you provide some feedback on the potential timeframe it would take to address each of the issues above?

@cgiovando I think it is best we don't use these tasks as project ideas for GSoC, as the others currently listed for the Export Tool have a higher priority.
