Disaster Maps.me

It would be handy if there was something like a custom Maps.me for navigation plus mobile data collection after a disaster. Some of our local OSM-ers are mapping their communities after an event and need something portable, not too intensive/zero set-up, focusing more on navigation than data collection but has the ability to do some basic stuff including updating road status and maybe damage assessment (big maybe/down the road).
