Ground Truther Application - Fast, defaulted, ground data collection

A mobile application to collect gps coordinates and the operational status for 6-12 specific critical lifeline infrastructure object types.

Goal

The overall goal of the application is to capture a bare minimum of ground truth information and coordinates about a variety of critical lifeline infrastructure object types before, during and after a crisis. This includes information that, for example, there is a bridge at a location. Or there is a communications tower at a location. Making it easy and quick for responders on the ground to record this information as part of their daily activities would be a tremendous help to humanitarian mapping. That same help could also be provided by fleet drivers for socially responsible companies in times of crisis or peace.
