Note in page 238

On translation and chapter for vue-router, when start chapter not show any adverts for not install vue-route.

When go to page 238, get a note for how to continue lesson if you get vue-router.
Well, if on book, on start Chapter show info about create project WITHOUT router.

NOTE is very simple. If user get on start, option install vue-router, user need add more that an array in router/index.js.

1. He needs delete imports for Hello and Login in main.js
2. He needs delete constant and all for routes in main.js
3. He needs import router in main.js
4. Import components in router/inde.js
   ...

Best way if put on way to beginner, all elections on instal vue-cli.
