When you add any helper action to an automation or script the entity picker also offers to create a new helper of the required type:

That is wrong grammar for an explanation, should be

Creates a new entity

instead, explaining that this creates a new entity.
Small issue in English, much bigger one in translations, in German definitely.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. In an automation or script click on Add action.
2. Select any Helper action.
3. Click on Choose entity.
