update skymiles content pages

Once the project resumes, we will have to update all existing pages as content will likely have diverged quite a bit.
Initial content was mostly manually imported as the scope was pretty small, but it would likely be wise to leverage the importer now that we have a clear picture of the page structure.

1. Re-implement "large" section with bigger fonts by explicitly annotating the section metadata feat: large sections need to be explicitly decorated #164
2. Implement importer
3. Run it on all SkyMiles pages
