  1. Create a branch from feat: add alloy and related scripts #433.
  2. Find the tag we load in delayed.js and modify its development env.
  3. Disable the ACDL extension in this tag.
  4. Copy the ACDL script to the analytics folder.
  5. Modify lib-analytics.js to load the ACDL script.
  6. Check if analytics scripts in a tag are not broken and can find ACDL.
