Install function in register_activation_hook #59

According to https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_activation_hook
the activation hook requires a static function, if inside of a __construct()

Therefor $this cannot be used inside install to call _log_version_number.

Any suggestion to implement the install function properly?
