Compatibility with Odoo 12?

Unfortunately I have not had time to migrate this to 12 yet, I wanted to finish this big refactor before converting it to Odoo12.

As you might have guessed from these links, active development has been moved out of this half measure. Early last year, I combined several HR/Payroll modules into a single repo, then realized it would be better if I combined all of the similarly licensed Odoo repos as a single 'package' of goodies we call Hibou Odoo Suite.
