Copy-Function for Assets [enhancement]

I have no clue of coding and therefore can't approximate how complicated this would be, but I think it would be very neat if you could duplicate assets. A use-case would be "identical assets" that contain different questions for different cards, but having the same html for styling, etc. This would be even better combined with the proposed enhancements in "Share fragments / scripts among note types #23".
