[Bug] Does not run v3.5

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Simplified Chinese (19045.5131)

Steps to reproduce

This problem is occurring when updating from v3.4 without uninstalling old version.
Not sure it is the cause of the problem. Can't provide config as i've tried uninstalling program and reinstalling.
After the installation wizard completes, Mem Reduct does not start and uses one core of CPU.
The same problem exists when uninstalling, and Mem Reduct must be manually stopped in all cases in order to uninstall.
It never works to start v3.5, but trying to roll back to v3.4 works fine.

Verified to start and clean. But it seems language is only available in English, maybe due to the fact that it only contains main program.
Has the installation wizard in releases been updated? id like to retry install version

Installation wizard is more convenient for volume deployment
and it may cause unwanted error reports if program in Releases doesnt start
doesnt have to be right away
maybe u can wait until u have time to replace files in Releases

Problems trying to put MR in "Program Files" folder: Tray icon is not displayed, but continues to run in the background after MR is minimised.
Overwriting v3.4 or creating a ‘Mem Reduct’ folder can reproduce problem. Any other path(Outside of ‘Program Files’ folder) does not seem to cause this problem. Confusing...Replication conditions are not such, there exist more replication ways making this problem occur. Removing ‘%APPDATA%\Henry++\Mem Reduct’ does not impact this problem. I can't enable tray icon now anyway.
Successful replication on several devices. Environment as above.

so why configure such a large VRAM?
configure smaller or leave it to Windows to configure automatically

I have 16 GB of RAM and Virtual memory at 61440 MB, but Memreduct thinks i only have 10 GB
