Why is Piwik code not on page

The plugin is not working for me on some pages. So for example I have a page with video's http://127.0.0.1:4000/videos/ which does have the piwik code.

But the page for a single video http://127.0.0.1:4000/videos/towards-holistic-approach does not have the piwik code.

I don't see a significant difference between the pages. Both have a head element but for some reason Piwik code is not inserted.

Any idea's what is going wrong.
