Automate Chocolatey bump

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the impact that the lack of the feature requested is creating.

We have the choco-bump.sh which helps easily create a new nuget package for chocolatey. However, this is a manual process, where we need to run the script and then push it to the chocolatey registry and open a PR for Headlamp.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think we still need to manually push it to the chocolatey registry, however, we should automate the step of creating the nuget package and file a PR for it. This way, all we need to do is test the nuget + push it (and merge the PR).

What users will benefit from this feature?

Us, admins.

I am but I'd rather delegate 😄
