Smapi says it’s the files DLL does not exist and that it’s not compatible

Are you using Better Junimos 3.0.1 Beta? BJ 2.1.2 isn't compatible with SDV 1.6. You can find it here https://github.com/hawkfalcon/Stardew-Mods/releases/tag/3.0.1-beta
