In case there is no issue when multiple users trying to accept trading offer at same time, it would be handy if user can setup notification once there is new offer matching their criteria.

Why it is needed?
When I do not want to make my own offer (because i would like to be able to select the user i will be trading with a reversible payment method), I want to watch for offers of others. Currently I need to keep opening the app window in order to check if there is a new offer, that is not practical since it may be rare when new offer is created. Another advantage is that the people will use the app more because their offers will be accepted much faster and it may increase number of active traders/liquidity.

Solution:
For example user is on a SELL XMR tab and has set custom currency and payment method filter while having enabled switch to show only offers matching the accounts they have setup. There should be a button (maybe "bell" icon) that will prompt to enable/disable notification of a new offers that are matching currently filtered out type of the offers. Other option to implement this would be a popup where user can also define the maximum acceptable fee or the maker attributes (verified, account age, traded with them X times).

Once new offer is added, app will show a standard notification popup, which if possible, would have two buttons: OK and Disable(or Unsubscribe). If these action buttons are not easy to implement, then user can unsubscribe same way he subscribed, only the button will have two functions, subscribe or unsubscribe.

Not being able to put parameters on who can take your offer can be a bit nerve wracking.
I made an issue previously to suggest a minimum account age that you want the taker of your offer to have to minimize bad accounts taking it #1214

Would need to have a notification sound as well. That way, if you're not looking at your computer, you still know it happened.
