Doesn't work (Install by wget)

安装完成后添加集成时提示无法通过UI添加，手动配置好configuration.yaml也没反应


I've installed the integrations with wget command, but it so me this device cannot be added from the UI; also, I added it to configurations.yaml as your example it still not works
