Here I see that some detection on implicit Prelude take place. But -XNoImplicitPrelude may be specified in default-extensions in .cabal file and passed inside list of extensions to parseFileWithExts for example. This function doesn't update Module value and doesn't add these language pragmas thus it's not so convenient to use importTable on modules from projects with alternative prelude. I propose to add extra parameter to this function.
