Discussion: project testing

This is a discussion post on project testing. The goal is to find out a way to test our project in a systematic way.

For the frontend, we can incorporate either Jest or React testing library. For the backend, still undecided.

Any inputs to how to get the testing started is much appreciated! Testing is a highly essential part of our project's quality, so we want to make sure to brainstorm and brainstorm before getting started.

We probably also want to create a new branch dedicating to testing as well.
