This isn't a Biokepi issue, is it?

I reported this a while ago: biocaml/biopam#27

Seems like an issue in Biokepi if Biokepi can't install it but allegedly does?

The question is "Is biokepi's job to install system packages"?

I got cmake from sources, and the Optitype from biopam/biokepi worked for me.

Fair point; I agree.

We should, then, make it clear which "system packages" are expected, especially if they're, like CMake, not really system packages.

I'll close this; once a recent version of cmake was on my path, optitype installed.
