  • In the wiki, look for any link to the old project board, and replace with a new project board link if it's a one to one match. If the destination is no longer available, add a note in a comment on this issue with the text that is being linked (including the old
    URL)

- [ ] create an issue for each practice area tab
- [ ] create an automation that updates the practice area tab issue when there is a new item added to the spreadsheet
### Overview
We need to create a new experience profile issue template, so that people can use the matrix spreadsheet for onboarding and for personal resume building

   ```
   - [ ] In the right side menu, click “assign yourself”
   - [ ] add this issue to the project board for experience profiles and your cop
   - [ ] add milestone: team workflow
   - [ ] add the new spreadsheet to the experience profiles Google Drive
   - [ ] subscribe to any of the practice area issue that are relevant for you
   - [ ] fill out the spreadsheet `experience you had before joining HfLA` tab,
   - [ ] meet with the org rep and review the sheet
   - [ ] update the `skills you gained at hfla or after` tab as you gain skills on your project
   - [ ] compare `current skills` tab with resume or portfolio and update if the item appears on either
   - [ ] see `tasks` tab for resume/portfolio updates needed.
   - [ ] keep updating the `experience you had before joining HfLA` and `skills you gained at hfla or after` tab with any new skills that show up on the practice are issues.
   ```
  • Create issues for each of the following
    • Create a method for dealing with name changes in existing skills
    • Suggest a skill that does not currently appear on the skills matrix
    • Create role scrapers to find new skills
      • create a scraper that looks for open roles with the titles you are interested in and finds new skill terms to be reviewed by CTJ.
    • Create slides for onboarding deck to have new volunteers create experience profiles
      #### Create PM Experience Profile
      **Steps**
      1. Right click on this link to open the issue that creates your [Product Manager Experience Profile](https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/issues/new?assignees=&labels=feature%3A+experience+profile&template=product-manager-experience-profile.md&title=Experience+Profile%3A+%5BYour+Name%5D) in a new tab.
