Volunteer Overview
Welcome to Volunteer Team of the Hack for LA Internship Project. The goal of this team is to design and execute an internship project geared toward high school and college students to help them develop the hard (technical) and soft skills (workplace collaboration) required to successfully land STEM careers.
As a volunteer, you too will earn the technical knowledge and people skills required to work in fast-paced open-source projects in the field of software, product development, project management, and UI/UX research. Our hope is that the hands-on experience you acquire by working in this cross-functional team will strengthen your resume and ultimately help you launch a successful career in the tech space.
