Has been at Hack for LA on a project or similar, sometime in the last two years- Is currently employed
- Is a Software Engineer or Product / Program / Project Manager
- Can meet time expectations
- Has a stable internet connection and ability to turn camera and microphone on
- Is comfortable on Zoom
