"Debug Unit" (different from "Advanced Debug Unit" ?) is missing. #7

Bug 12 seems to correspond to the Debug Unit, which seems to be different from the Advanced Debug Unit (according to the block diagram). However, I cannot find this RTL in the project. Is it missing?
