How to set zyxel PMG3000-D20B in no_vlan or bridge mode ?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to set pmg3000 in no vlan or bridge mode ?

Currently the sfp works ( onu ploamsg state is 5) but the upload speed is around 3Mbps.
In opt/lantiq/bin/config/ I have the following files: local_bridge.txt onu_setup_no_vlan.txt onu_setup_vlan.txt but I didn't find a way to switch between them.

Upon getting the connection the stick configures three vlans 2, 8, 201 and the download speed matches the contracted one, but the upload speed is way lower.

I have tried to modify fwdopt (mib 84) to other values ( it's set at 0x10 for all vlans ) but no success.
No matter what I do the upload speed is capped at 3-5Mbps.

I have tried this with V1.0 and V2.5. Same results.

What hardware to use? (some sfp cage doesn't support the parity encoding of pmg3000 )

It's plugged in an Edge-router 4 (ubiquiti).

Did you success to switch to bridge mode? I'm doing the same..

Also, how can you upload firmware to module? I can't setup TFTP in home network and access it from SFP module..
