Setup a status page for connected update clients #42

Create a status page to display the current status of the bots connected to the service, based on the User-Agent of the client.

Show a list of connected bots. When a bot disconnects, consider keeping its identity for a while, to show that the agent is disconnected.

This will also require a status page to be displayed
