pull-request-notifier on Bitbucket DC 7.x/8.x

I believe this patch allows pull-request-notifier to work under Bitbucket 7.x and 8.x.

The version here is now officially Atlassian DC (Data Center) certified and available through Atlassian Marketplace.

You can find it via "Find New Apps" in Bitbucket (search for "notifier"), or you can find it via marketplace.atlassian.com.
