I am on a Mac and I used grist-desktop-mac-0.2.10-arm64.dmg to install.

Thanks @siraj-samsudeen.

This is a bug, the Grist Tutorial shouldn't be shown on Grist Desktop. We show it on other flavors of Grist and it is useful, but on Desktop it is too confusing because of account, login, and browser issues.

I'll work to get it removed.
