Changing output-dir doesn't include blog directory #172

If I change output-dir in the .frogrc file, frog largely puts what it generates into the alternative output-dir directory. This includes index.html , index-2.html, the feed subdirectory etc.

But it doesn't seem to put the "blog" directory, containing all the individual posts as separate pages, there. So all the links to full posts are broken.

I'm not sure (can no longer remember) if this relates to #126, but it may well do. (I feel bad that I originated that PR and can no longer remember the details of it!)

Unfortunately I've found it challenging to stay on top of this project lately, due to work commitments.

I will try to look at this within the next several days...
