Mobile Push Notifications template not updating

What went wrong?

What happened:
When I go to OnCall > Integrations > MyIntegration > Edit template, and try to edit the mobile push notifications template, then the result view does not update.
For the other templates, then the result view updates as soon as I hit save.

What did you expect to happen:
When I tap save, then the I expect the result view to show the latest data based on my template and the "recent alert group" content.

How do we reproduce it?

1. Open Grafana OnCall and go to integrations
2. Click on any integration
3. Tap the edit button for Templates
4. Scroll down to Mobile Push Notifications.
5. Tap "edit" for "Message"
6. Under "Recent Alert groups" select any existing alert group.
7. Change the content in the "Template editor" tab.
8. Hit save
9. Now I expect the content in the "Result" tab to update. But it doesn't

I'm having the same/similar issue whe updating the Mobile app templates (both title and message).

All other templates provide a "preview" feature - changing the contents of the template editor also updates the contents of the result pane.

But for the mobile app templates it seems that always the last saved template is used not the contents of the template editor.

My environment: Grafana 11.21 / Grafana Oncall OSS 1.11.0 with FF 131
