Non-strict tag search

Tags are clickable, it uses the string to make a search in /all-collections

This results in something slightly wrong, since the search is applied on many fields + with errors corrections. For example clicking on the "stars" tag will return results for "start" as well.

Handling tags strictly would result in complex search params because of the tags' categories.
