When the user answers a multi-choice question they should be able to tell the difference between selected and not selected correct answers without the help of the colors (especially without red and green). Right now the only difference is that one is red and the other one is green - which is not really colorblind friendly.
Example: 1 and 3 is correct, but only 1 was selected
