I leave this here for everyone interested in how a ELO skill ranking system might look like. This is closely related to matchmaking and the Match Function.
ELO is not related to stats such as Kill/Death/Assist but Winning/Loosing as part of a team. This is especially useful for asymmetrical games, but difficult to get right and find documentation for.
