Now we have documents and Terraform template to create OKE clusters and install Agones. We should update the K8S version upgrade template to include the steps to update the OKE cluster version, here and here

A note that this code that's currently in the examples folder should be in the install/terraform/modules to be consistent for what we have for AKS / EKS.
