Is there an option to exclude owner/role commands in exported SQL file?

I looked through the documentation and source code, but couldn't find anything related to passing an option to prevent the REVOKE/GRANT commands from being appended at the end of the SQL dump file.

These are the lines I'm referring to:

REVOKE ALL ON SCHEMA public FROM cloudsqladmin;
REVOKE ALL ON SCHEMA public FROM PUBLIC;
GRANT ALL ON SCHEMA public TO cloudsqlsuperuser;
GRANT ALL ON SCHEMA public TO PUBLIC;

A snippet of the code being used:

    const {SqlInstancesServiceClient} = require('@google-cloud/sql').v1;
  
    const sqlClient = new SqlInstancesServiceClient({
      fallback: 'rest',
    });
  
    async function callExport() {
      // Construct request
      const request = {

Is there a way to pass in an additional options object to prevent these commands from being appended?
