TestWire/Interface{Value,Binding}NotEnoughArgs fail with Go 1.18

Describe the bug

TestWire/InterfaceValueNotEnoughArgs and TestWire/InterfaceBindingNotEnoughArgs pass with Go 1.17 but fail with Go 1.18.

Steps to reproduce the behavior.
