Add Play next functionality #147

When selecting a song there should be to option to play the song next:

Given songs in a queue:
A <- now playing
B
C

When D is requested to play next the new queue will look like
A <- now playing
D
B
C

When E is requested to play next and A is still playing the queue looks as follows:
A <- Now Playing
E
D
B
C
