Warning loading translations in WP 6.7

Reproduction Steps

1. With LifterLMS and WP 6.7 installed, switch the site language to something other than English (ie. Español)

Expected Behavior

Translations are loaded and there are no warnings.

Actual Behavior

A warning is displayed and the translations do not load.

Error Messages / Logs

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the lifterlms domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.
