npm install失败

已经将node环境切换为14.16.0但还是安装失败，会差一个vue-loader包导致无法运行，但此时再使用npm install会安装失败
在将目录下的.npmrc内容删除后使用全局的最新淘宝镜像源后安装成功，是否因为这个原因导致安装失败，如果是的话希望将.npmrc的路径改为https://registry.npmmirror.com/

希望可以将右边设置后的属性存入cookie中，否则每次设置完后刷新就恢复默认
