Yet Windows support is now not official supported by Gluon Team gluonhq/substrate#1284

The latest version doesn't support Windows, yet. It will at some stage.

Hope so! Still waiting hardly! I was instrusted much to support on development stanges but it soon realized me that Gluon team is lazy in this side, so I have leave it!
