please help, I got the error, scrobbling didn't work anymore.

It seems there's an attempt to convert broken UTF-8 to UTF-16 somewhere inside microsoft/cpprestsdk. At first I thought your tags might be broken, but track info is AFAICT never converted to UTF-16, this leaves a bad response from last.fm. I'm preparing a version with a newer cpprestsdk and additional logging.
