Dependencies:

  1. QCumber dependencies: R packages utils, stats

  2. To install QCumber from GitHub: R package devtools

  3. To plot figures in worked examples: R package tidyverse

Software versions and operating systems:

  1. The package has been tested on all major operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux

  2. Versions we used in the corresponding paper and worked examples: R (v3.5.2), utils (v3.5.2), stats (v3.5.2), tidyverse (v1.3.0)
